It’s National Apprenticeship Week, and we’re taking the opportunity to shine a spotlight on the incredible people investing in their futures right here at Rapid Response Maintenance.

Albert and Sam are now in their fourth and final year of the Level 3 Diploma in Plumbing and Domestic Heating — with completion on the horizon this June. That’s a huge milestone, and one that marks the final step before they qualify as Gas Engineers. Watching their confidence and skills develop over the years has been genuinely rewarding, and we couldn’t be prouder of where they are today.

Meanwhile, Charlie — who has already been a valued member of the Rapid team for three years — has now embarked on that same journey himself, taking on the Level 3 Diploma alongside his work. It’s a fantastic next step in his professional development, and we’re fully behind him every step of the way.

Apprenticeships are at the heart of how we build great engineers, and it’s brilliant to see that commitment thriving across our team.
