COMMERCIAL TEA ROOMS PROJECT

Rapid Response were commissioned to build a large tea room facility and mezzanine within an existing commercial building. This was a large project and involved a complete build of the facility within an existing commercial unit.

The project firstly required the structural steels to be erected which would contain the ground floor tea rooms and upstairs storage areas. Following the completion of steel works we then set about creating the internal structure to the specified plans provided by the architects.

The final project included a full tea room facility, kitchen area and toilets. This was a pretty substantial new build commercial facility.
