COMMUNAL AREAS GET A NEW LEASE OF LIFE

At Rapid Response we have a very large team of experts and skills right across property maintenance, including Plumbers, Electricians, Roofers, Kitchen Fitters, Decorators and Builders to name a few. Our work is  extremely varied, and sometimes requires us to provide specialists in certain unique disciplines or crafts. Decorating might to some seem the lesser of crafts, but we would always disagree. Finishing a property to a high standard means exactly that. If the painting or finishing of any kind is poor, then that is representative of the whole project, and of course it stands out like a sore thumb.

At Rapid Response we certainly pride ourselves on our teams decorating skills, and what would seem simple can often be quite challenging. Working in community areas with stairwells, and many awkward places to reach is a real challenge for the fittest of decorators, but also from a health and safety point of view. I am sure we have all tried paint awkward places in our homes before, and may well have broken the H&S rules on many an occasion.

The work we carried out in this particular block was to upgrade and decorate the community areas so residents would experience a clean environment for them and their visitors.
