DEMOLITION PROJECT

Our versatility allows us the opportunity to fulfill many projects, and even the messy ones. Demolition is a specialist area of our business, and we can project manage right through the process of dismantling a building and waste disposal of materials.

The project was carried out for a local council to demolish a building that had a compulsory purchase in place. The bungalow itself was in a very poor state of repair, and demolition was the only option for the property. Having been standing for over 18 years and previous to this the property had been neglected. With 18 years of further neglect the property required a complete project management process to not only demolish, but also to responsibly recycle or dispose  of materials.

The demolition process also included taking out the original footings and restoring the land to a position for potential new build in the future.
