EXTENSIVE FIRE DAMAGED PROPERTY

This was a pretty extensive project. The whole building had suffered damage, and required a complete refurbishment on all floors – interior and exterior.

We were required to gut each level practically back to the brick work, and then start a complete refurbishment program stripping out all damaged materials. The image gallery gives a good indication of the damage incurred, and the finished property after the Rapid Response team had finished the job.

The complete program of refurbishment included new render to the outside, stairs, floors, walls, wiring, plumping, windows, heating, bathroom and kitchen. The project was completed within two months of Rapid Response being appointed to the project, ahead of schedule and allowing the bank to market the property for what was a subsequent very quick sale.
