MICHAEL HOUSE – WATER DAMAGED

Michael House was probably the most water damaged property we have ever come across.

The occupier had taken time to travel abroad for three months, and in that period a major flood had unfortunately damaged pretty much every part of the property. All of the rooms showed signs of severe water damage with ceilings, floors, walls and doors, including parts of the kitchen and bathroom all saturated and beyond repair.

This created a pretty extensive project, with the need to gut the property of all the water damaged materials, replaster, paint and prepare the property ready for sale as the owner had decided to sell the property.

The work was completed 9 days ahead of schedule, allowing the owner to market and complete a successful sale of the property.
