The festive season well and truly arrived at Rapid Response, and what a celebration it was! Our office Secret Santa brought the whole team together for an afternoon of laughter, surprise gifts, and plenty of festive fun. It’s always brilliant to take a step back from the busy day-to-day and enjoy some time together as a team. A huge thank you to everyone who got involved — the effort and thought that went into the gifts really showed!

But the festivities didn’t stop there. We also held our very first Rapid Oscars — our brand-new awards ceremony recognising the standout members of both our office team and our engineers out in the field. From going above and beyond for clients to being a fantastic team player behind the scenes, we wanted to shine a spotlight on the people who make Rapid Response what it is.

A massive well done to all the nominees and winners — you truly deserve the recognition. It was a proud moment for the whole company, and we can’t wait to make the Rapid Oscars an annual tradition.
